You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us at divine.n.aura@gmail.com. Once the cancellation is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

We offer a 2-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
